Immerse yourself in nature at Heaven and Earth Sanctuary, a riverside retreat center nestled in the lush, magical foothills of Mt Chirripo. Ten acres of jungle and beautiful gardens with direct access to the crystal clear waters of Rio Chirripo that runs alongside the property. Start your days with a cleansing swim in the river, meditate on sun kissed rocks and soak in the nature around you.
It is an honor to share the serenity and peace that this land has to offer. We welcome retreat groups throughout the year and in between retreats we are open for private bookings.

Besides the river, our Sanctuary is filled with a wide range of magical features. Supercharge your meditiation in our Copper Pyramid or spend an afternoon reading in our Yoni Garden, underneath a Bobinsana trees. We have goats and chickens on our hobby farm and you are welcome to partake in the daily goat milking.
We love food and serve farm-to-table, healthy, home-cooked delicious meals every day. On the Sanctuary you will find bananas, herbs, greens, lemons, pineapples, aloe vera and the local delicacy Biriba.
